Data Migration & Management - G&B has experience migrating information from disparate data sources of legacy systems into new production systems. Configuration/Change Management - G&B’s change management support consists of two parts: configuration identification and configuration control. Before changes to a configuration can be managed and controlled, G&B establishes a baseline configuration. The baseline configuration identification includes hardware, software, networking, facility management, operating procedures, and staffing skill sets. G&B uniquely identifies each item in the baseline configuration and categorizes the item according to whether the item is in production, evaluation, development, or awaiting remedial action. During configuration control, G&B applies a standard process to monitor and control changes to the baseline configuration.
