Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) – G&B is a trusted third party to perform IV&V services in the technology and management consulting arenas. G&B assesses and documents the extent to which a project meets planned schedules and budgets by reviewing and inspecting deliverables to assure that software, services, documents or other products conform to contract requirements and are delivered as planned, and that software satisfies testing for performance and other factors. Financial Training and Process Analysis – G&B is experienced in the documentation and analysis of accounting functions and controls in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-123, “Management Accountability and Control,” the General Accounting Office’s “Standards for Internal Controls in the Federal Government,” and Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board’s accounting standards. G&B assists clients with the development and implementation of the financial quality assurance and financial oversight functions, and reviews and evaluates significant financial processes and internal controls. G&B’s acquisition support includes generating Statements of Work (SOWs) based on the results of our reviews and research and establishing criteria for the evaluation of responses.
