Provide
support to the client Management Services Organization (MSO)
Business Analysis Division in implementing an automated

will include the following:

as best practices covering governance, risk, and compliance

The Proposal
Manager manages individual proposal process and development
teams and acts as the focal point for producing the final
deliverables to the customer (both hard copy and electronic
submissions). This person is responsible for ensuring that a
