Help Desk/Contact Center Operations - G&B staff provides the full complement of services related to help desk support and continuously introduces more efficient remedies and solutions into user support operations to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction. We are comfortable with a host of help desk applications, have managed up to 18 help desks on a single program, assist with the consolidation of multiple help desks within an organization, perform to service level agreements (SLAs), and monitor our performance in terms of customer satisfaction.
