Who is G&B Solutions?
G&B Solutions, Inc. (G&B), a subsidiary of VSE Corporation, specializes in Management Consulting and Information Technology Services and Solutions for Federal Government and commercial clients. G&B provides Transformation and Modernization Services, Advisory and Consulting Services, and IT Infrastructure Services for our federal clients. Our results demonstrate a strong performance record with dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. G&B Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2001 as a management consulting and technical solutions company. In less than 10 years, we have grown to over 450 personnel, occupying a total of twenty-six locations, Nationwide. We are headquartered in Reston, VA.

Compensation Philosophy
It is G&B’s philosophy that salary levels should evolve from an objective evaluation of the relative value of an individual position as it compares with all other positions in the company, as well as the worth of the position in the external market. Specific rewards should be determined based on performance, not on length of service or years in the workforce. In this regard, G&B believes in, and strives to achieve, true merit pay.
